CREEP Test Machines for Quasi Dynamic Cycle Test

 
Electromechanical testing machines CREEP of the C.5 series in a vertical stand design up to 250 kN designed for quasi – dynamic cyclic testing and long – term tests. Constant precision loading with the possibility of cycling up to 2Hz is ensured by a central loading mechanism consisting of a central ball screw and a special mounting of a precision cycloidal gearbox with integrated AC servo drive. These machines are suitable for classic and advanced tests of creep, stress relaxation in the material, etc. at a constant homogeneous temperature in a high-temperature furnace with reliable declaration of results even after 10,000 hours of continuous loading. which requires maximum accuracy of force control and axial alignment.
