Series 7 Professional Digital Force Gauge

14,000 Hz sampling rate with continuous high-speed data acquisition and storage capacity of up to 5,000 readings.

The Series 7 Professional Digital Force Gauges are designed with a wide range of advanced features for the most demanding tension and compression measurement applications, with capacities up to 500 lbF (2,500 N). The gauges feature ±0.1% accuracy and an exceptionally fast 14,000 Hz sampling rate, delivering reliable results for extremely fast-acting tests.

Series 7 gauges include all the functionality of the Series 5 force gauges, along with several additional features, including continuous high-speed data capture and storage with memory for up to 5,000 readings at acquisition rates of up to 14,000 Hz. The gauges also feature programmable footswitch sequencing, break detection, and first/second peak detection.

The Series 7 includes a Coefficient of Friction (COF) measurement mode as well as a user-defined measurement unit. To improve productivity, the gauges also provide automatic data output, data storage, and automatic zeroing functions after break detection, averaging, external triggering, and first/second peak detection events.

Series 7 force gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands, including the ESM303, enabling applications such as break testing, tensile testing, compression testing, dynamic load holding, PC-controlled testing, and many other advanced force measurement applications.

The gauges include MESUR™ Lite data acquisition software, which displays continuous or single-point data in tabular format. One-click export to Microsoft Excel allows for advanced data analysis and reporting.
