The electromechanical testing machines of the E1 Series in one-column benchtop design up to 5kN are designed for safe and efficient testing of materials and whole products in tension, pressure, bending, shearing and torsion.

H.10 – DYNAMIC AND STATIC TEST BENCHES

The dynamic hydraulic test benches of the H.10 series are designed for forces up to 10MN and use a platform of T-grooved plates or load-bearing structures.

AUTOMATIC WORKING STATIONS FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF CNG BOTTLES HARDNESS

Automatic stationary hardness testers designed for HB and HV measurement. Built-in production and testing lines, they are used for 100% hardness check according to EN ISO 6506-1. These systems can measure e.g. CNG bottles after heat treatment, seamless pipes, round forgings etc. The conveyor system can be adjusted according to the dimensions, shape and weight of the measured piece and requirements.

Sturdy frame construction with vertical pressure actuator with linear guide. Horizontal unit with feedback support, milling, injection, and CCD evaluation unit.

ROBOTIC WORKPLACE FOR IMPACT TESTS

X RUNNER automated robotic systems designed for precise and fast handling of notch toughness samples in conjunction with LABORTECH impact hammers of the CHK series. These robotic systems are produced in several modifications depending on how many samples will be tested within 24 hours, what types of samples and at what temperatures.  Based on these requirements, the robotic workplace is precisely specified.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Modular and economical system with the possibility of customization according to customer requirements.
Low operating and maintenance costs including 100% machine utilization (3 shifts).
Loading the sample into the impact hammer up to 5 sec including breakage. Max. weight 5 kg.
