Long Term Creep Testing Machine up to 6 Axes

 
We are expanding our EDITION 30 with a new high-performance testing system of the CREEPTest 7.xxx series, designed for long-term creep testing of plastic materials, composites and elastomers with a testing capacity of up to 10,000 hours. This space-saving system represents a flexible and efficient solution for a wide range of mechanical tests under various temperature and humidity conditions.
 
The CREEPTest 7.xxx system allows simultaneous testing on up to six individually controlled axes with independent loading, control and measurement. It is suitable for operation at room temperature, low temperatures down to -60°C and elevated temperatures up to +350°C. Thanks to its modular design, it is an ideal choice for research laboratories, university centers and development departments. The option of integrating climatic chambers or ovens is available, which ensures precise control of the testing environment. The entire system is controlled by the intuitive Test&Motion+ software, which allows the construction of complex sequences of load, deformation and temperature, both continuously and in defined blocks.

CREEPTest 7.xxx is optimized for long-term creep tests with constant load in tensile, compression or bending test mode. It supports creep tests up to fracture, such as rupture or stress rupture, as well as relaxation tests at constant deformation. Force- or deformation-controlled tests in a closed loop can also be performed, as well as tests with variable, for example linearly increasing loads. The system is fully adapted for time-lapse testing methods such as SIM (Strain Induced Morphology), TTS (Time-Temperature Superposition) or SSM (Stepped Isothermal Method).

 

The test system is fully compliant with international standards, including ISO 527, ISO 899-1, ISO 899-2, ISO 3384-1, ISO 16770 and ASTM D638, ASTM D2990. It allows for Creep, Stress Relax, Tensile, Compression, Flexure, SIM and FNCT (Full Notch Creep Test) tests. With its high accuracy, long-term measurement stability and maximum configuration flexibility, CREEPTest 7.xxx is the ideal solution for the most demanding applications in the field of polymer materials research and development.
