Tension Measurement for Materials Testing.
More than thirty years of experience have been invested in the development of our products. At the Jackson, Wyoming facility, we design and build strain gauges for testing around the world.
Extensometers are available to test almost all engineering materials, including: elastomers, plastics, composites, metals, ceramics, geomaterials (eg, rock, concrete, and asphalt), and biomaterials such as bone.
There are models for small and delicate samples, ranging from relatively fine wire to massive metal samples and large rock cores.
The wide variety of models covers almost every type of test, as well as: Traction - Compression - Bending - Fracture Mechanics - Cyclic controlled stress tests such as low cycle fatigue.
Many of the extensometers are also capable of operating at a relatively high frequency. |
