Laser Cutting Machine for Tensile Specimen Preparation LCT-915

The LCT-915 is a laser cutting machine designed for the preparation of specimens for tensile testing. Its laser cutting system can process different types of metallic materials and produce specimen geometries according to the requirements of the applicable testing standard.
Specimen preparation is an important stage in tensile testing. The geometry and condition of the specimen must be properly controlled to support reliable and reproducible test results. The LCT-915 is designed to provide a dedicated solution for this preparation process.
Laser Cutting for Tensile Specimens
The LCT-915 can be used with a variety of metallic materials, including:
- Sheet metal
- Stainless steel
- Carbon steel
- Manganese steel
- Galvanized steel
- Alloy steel
The machine includes software that can be programmed to cut different specimen types according to ASTM or ISO standards.
Efficient Material Use.
One of the advantages of laser cutting for specimen preparation is reduced material waste. The LCT-915 is designed to produce less scrap compared with other preparation technologies, which can help improve the use of raw material during specimen production.
The laser cutting process also produces less deformation of the specimen, while providing improved working efficiency for the preparation process.
Working Area and Cutting Capacity.
The LCT-915 has a working stroke of 1500 × 900 mm and a laser power of 3 kW. Its maximum moving speed is 100 m/min, with X/Y accuracy of ±0.03 mm.
The specified maximum thickness for stainless steel sheet is 10 mm.
Programmed Specimen Preparation
The machine's software allows the cutting process to be programmed according to the required specimen geometry. This makes it possible to prepare different specimen types while following the dimensions established by ASTM or ISO requirements.
