HL Series of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines

 

The HL series is the flagship model for PTS hydraulic universal testing machines. The HL series introduces load cell technology in high capacity testing.

Load cell force measurement technology allows for greater precision and greater flexibility.

 

The HL series have the following features:

 

  • Accurate force measurement through load cell technology.

  • Load cells can be changed for greater precision.

  • Rigid, four-column, two-lead screw with compact construction and design.

  • Double workspace design: upper for tensile tests, lower for compression, flexure and shear tests.

  • Movable lower crosspiece facilitates machine operation.

  • Open front hydraulic wedge jaws make it easy to change inserts and load samples.

  • Integrated photoelectric shift encoder.

  • The cylinder is mounted on the bottom of the machine.
