The Phoenix line of CMMs offers two popular sizes to meet your quality inspection needs, building on decades of experience with shop-floor coordinate measuring machines.

 

Helmel now offers the Phoenix… a rugged DCC version of its popular Checkmaster manual benchtop CMMs. The Phoenix is designed for harsh environments, with well-placed covers that prevent thermal shock. Its steel scale measurement system on a metal frame ensures uniform expansion.

 

The Phoenix CMM incorporates all the time-tested features of its “big brother,” the Microstar: precision-ground hardened components, a dual-beam bridge with reliable V-and-flat bearing design, and intrinsic accuracy. This last feature is especially important for maintaining long-term precision and reducing calibration costs.

 

The Phoenix comes equipped with a full granite base and ergonomic support. The motorized system includes a powerful PMAC controller, advanced computing system, and proprietary GEOMET software, making it one of the best CMM packages on the market.
