The bench-top Microgage (8”x12”x8”) is modeled after the most precise machine tools in the world, featuring a rigid fixed-bridge steel design. Like machine tools, mechanical bearings and guideways, along with motors and scales, are enclosed and protected for durability, stability, and long-term value.

The bearings are rated within 120 nanometers in X and Y, and the entire structure is internally and externally stress-relieved, thermally protected, and vibration damped.

Accuracy is intrinsic: there is no software error compensation, only pure physical precision. If high accuracy in small and medium parts is your focus, Microgage is the simple solution, whether in the lab or production.
