The F505H-EM is a horizontal motorized test stand designed for high-speed tension and compression testing up to 500 lbF (2.5 kN). As part of the Series F with EasyMESUR®, it provides a robust, precise, and highly productive solution for demanding laboratory, quality control, and production applications.

 

Its exclusively horizontal design offers greater stability and safety during dynamic and high-speed testing. The system integrates EasyMESUR® software, enabling motion control, test setup, data acquisition, and report generation through an intuitive touchscreen interface.

 

Thanks to its rigid frame structure, high-performance stepper motor, and compatibility with Mark-10 FS05 and FS06 smart force sensors, the F505H-EM delivers reliable and repeatable results, even in high-speed testing and continuous cycling applications.

Rigid and Accurate by Design

Exceptionally rigid frames feature custom-designed extrusions engineered for maximum stiffness. Factory compensation of the test frame and force sensors ensures a position accuracy of ±0.006 in (0.15 mm) under any load and at any position.

 

Stepper motors and controllers drive a precision ball screw and linear guide system, providing smooth and quiet operation with virtually no speed variation under load.

 

Conveniently Modular

The frame bases can be removed to accommodate column extensions and alternative mounting configurations. Most electronics are housed in a self-contained enclosure that is easily accessible and replaceable if required. Integrated T-slots along the frame allow for additional accessories and custom fixture mounting.

 

External Limit Switches

Upper and lower solid-state limit switches may be used as test limits or test exceptions. Dual-scale rulers assist with precise switch positioning.

 

Seamless Force Sensor Interface

FS05 Series smart force sensors mount directly to the crosshead of the F105, F305, F505, and F505H models without connection cables.

 

• Available ranges from 0.12 to 500 lbF (0.5 N to 2.5 kN)
• Accuracy up to ±0.1% of full scale

 

FS06 Series S-beam force sensors can also be mounted on the F105, F305, F505, and F505H models and are recommended when using heavy or bulky grips.

 

• Available ranges from 50 to 500 lbF (250 N to 2.5 kN)

 

Easy-to-Service Electronics

Most electronics are housed within an integrated module that can be easily replaced without tools or special procedures.
