The RT90G roughness tester is unique in its category because it includes a built-in calculation unit and measurement procedure, making it the first “all-in-one” roughness tester. Extremely compact and easy to handle, it also allows convenient positioning on large parts thanks to its integrated 100 mm micrometric adjustment.

Its bright 3.7” color touchscreen, combined with an icon-based interface, allows the operator to set measurement parameters, move across the part, and perform analysis quickly. The obtained results and related tolerances are displayed immediately and can be downloaded to a PC or printed using an external printer. The internal reference also allows analysis of waviness (W) parameters, while the bi-stable support enables measurement with a simple gesture, with or without skid, depending on requirements.
