Overall stainless steel frame and chambers duly painted with high temperature resistant epoxy-resins. Double walled inner chamber insulated with rock wool. Air casing between the insulation layer and the external walls avoid overheating of the outer surfaces. Front door is provided with lever locking system and two adjustable bullet latches (all doubled in the case of higher-capacity two-doors models), ensuring a perfect seal on the high thickness silicone gasket. Control panel is located on the right side of the door.
