HDT/V111 - Thermal Deformation Tester

The HDT/V111 Tester is designed to determine the Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) and the Vicat Softening Point of plastic materials.
During testing, all specimens are subjected to a constant load and immersed in a heating bath where the temperature is increased at a standardized rate.
The heat resistance achieved by a plastic material is a critical parameter widely used for product characterization, quality control, and verification of compliance with intended application requirements.
An optional software package enables the generation of graphical reports showing specimen deformation and temperature increase as a function of time, providing a comprehensive analysis of material behavior under thermal stress.
