MELT-INDEX Melt Flow Rate Tester

The basic melt flow indexer model uses the gravimetric method.
The heated material is extruded, manually cut at regular intervals, and weighed using an analytical balance (not included).
The Melt Flow Rate (MFR) is then calculated over a 10-minute period in accordance with ASTM and ISO standards. The MFR value is determined according to the applicable testing standards, providing a reliable measurement of the flow characteristics of thermoplastic materials.
