The headspace gas analyzer is an essential instrument for ensuring the quality and safety of packaged products.

 

It uses a precise puncture-based sampling method and is equipped with high-precision oxygen (O₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) sensors.

 

This system is designed to accurately analyze and measure the O₂ and CO₂ concentration inside packaging containers, such as:

It is widely used in packaging quality control to verify modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) conditions, ensuring product freshness, stability, and safety throughout storage and distribution.
