Vertical Inspection Microscopes

 The PA53MET features a flexible, high-performance optical system designed for a wide variety of inspection tasks. Clear and vivid images are provided through premium-quality objective lenses and illuminators designed with aspherical lenses. A variety of observation methods allow operators to easily obtain the required images for multiple applications.

 

Customizable Optical and Illumination Systems.

The reflected light illuminator provides various observation methods such as BF, BF/DF, and DIC to meet all user requirements.

 

Combined BF/DF and ND Filter Switch 

With the BF/DF converter switch located at the front, changing observation modes becomes easier and more convenient. The interlocked ND filter protects the operator’s eyes from sudden brightness changes.

 

Polarizer and Analyzer Filters

A set of polarizer and analyzer filters allows quick and easy switching from DIC/POL to other observation modes. These filters are designed as sliders and are accessible from both sides of the microscope for maximum convenience.

 

Optimal DIC with High-Quality Imaging

By using a DIC slider with a single prism, the Nomarski DIC observation mode enables easy switching to other observation modes and simplifies observations across any magnification range, since the DIC prism position remains constant.

 

Transmitted Light System

ND6, ND25, and LB filters are integrated for sample observation using transmitted light. This provides the best possible image clarity for the intended application when used together with the condenser.
