Integral In Line is an automatic hardness tester able to perform both Brinell hardness tests as well as Rockwell hardness tests, easily switching from one indenter to the other without a manual intervention of the operator. It’s developed to perform tests on 100% of production, in integration with automated forklifts (AGVs).
One of the greatest results of Easydur’s research and development efforts over the past decades is the high level of automation that can be applied to in-line testing machines.
Easydur can realise the perfect customised all-round solution depending on dimensions, combinations of hardness scales, standards to be observed and levels of integration required by the customer.
The electronics of our hardness testers are engineered in-house and the integrations with the customer’s lines (pre-existing or to be developed specifically for the project) are ensured by means of a PLC industrial computer, in order to achieve a fully customised system.
This results in a “zero-defect” production process, minimising human error and reducing all kinds of waste.
