By adopting a load cell system, multi-step load switching is enabled.

The load switching operation has evolved from a conventional dial to a smooth touchscreen operation.

Any test load can be selected at the time of order (within the minimum to maximum load range).

Equipped with a hardness conversion function, allowing HV measurement results to be simultaneously displayed in other scales on the front panel.

 

BUILT-IN CAMERA MECHANISM

• Features independently developed automatic indentation with high-performance dedicated software and PC-based measurement.
• When the measurement microscope is removed, the system offers a renewed configuration.

LOAD CELL FORCE TESTING

• In addition to the conventional dead weight method, models equipped with load cell-based force application and multi-step load switching achieve high accuracy.
  
• Supports a wide load range from 50 gf to 10 kgf, suitable for various testing applications. (FM-LX Series)

• TILTED TURRET

 

• The inclined turret design reduces the risk of contact between the sample and the indenter/objective lens during rotation.

INFINITY-CORRECTED OBJECTIVE LENSES

• In addition to the two standard lenses (×10 and ×50), up to five lenses can be installed simultaneously (optional).
  
• Enables a wide range of observation and measurement, from low to high magnification.

DUAL INDENTERS

• Standard: 1 Vickers (HV) indenter
  
• Optional: Vickers (HV) / Knoop (HK) / Brinell (HB)
  
• Up to two different indenters can be installed simultaneously.

CAPACITIVE TOUCH PANEL

• The main display screen can be changed with a simple swipe.
  
• The capacitive touchscreen ensures smooth and responsive operation.
