G-Force - Wireless Device
For Measuring Door Closing Force, Energy, Velocity, and Effort

The G-Force closing effort gauge allows the user to measure the force, speed, and work required to close a vehicle door, tailgate, liftgate, or hood with a simple push. The one-piece device attaches to the door using an industrial-strength suction cup with three stabilizing feet that adapt to a wide variety of door surfaces.
Users can choose to display speed, force, work, or any combination of the three through the LMI G-Force Utility software. In addition to viewing readings on the device screen, measurements can be transmitted to LMI’s Universal Gauge Interface data collection software via the included Bluetooth Low Energy dongle.
The G-Force also features a dedicated internal audit mode that tracks peak latch readings and low latch values automatically, eliminating the need for manual tracking. The user defines an acceptable range between these values, and G-Force alerts the operator when the condition is met, allowing only the required data to be recorded.
