Series R51 Low-Capacity Static Torque Sensors

.
The R51 Series Universal Torque Sensor is a rugged and versatile solution designed to measure bidirectional torque (clockwise and counterclockwise) in a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications.
It is an excellent choice for general-purpose bidirectional torque testing applications that require testing samples of different sizes. The sensor features three interchangeable Jacobs chuck capacities and a removable bit holder, allowing it to be easily adapted to various parts, tools, and testing configurations.
The R51 is available in capacities ranging from 10 ozFin to 100 lbFin (7 to 1,150 Ncm) and provides excellent overload protection, ensuring durability and stability even in demanding environments.
Thanks to exclusive Plug & Test® technology, all calibration information is stored within the sensor’s smart connector, allowing complete interchangeability. This makes the sensor compatible with any Mark-10 indicator (sold separately), including the M3i, M5i, and M7i models.
Its lightweight, durable, and adaptable design, combined with a wide range of optional accessories, makes it an ideal solution for high-precision torque testing of small components, electronic devices, medical devices, and industrial assembly processes.
