The MR06-200 Wire Crimp Pull Force Sensor is a manually operated solution designed to measure pull-off force in wire crimp testing applications up to 200 lbF (1,000 N).

 

It is a portable, hand-operated solution ideal for field testing and production-line environments where verification of crimp quality is required.

 

Its design features ergonomic handles that allow tension to be applied easily, along with a manual pulling mechanism that gradually increases the force on the sample. The operator simply squeezes the handles to increase tension until the crimp fails, at which point the indicator automatically captures and records the peak force value.

 

The sensor incorporates a rotating turret with multiple slot sizes, enabling it to accommodate a wide range of wire diameters up to 0.25 in (6.4 mm).

It utilizes Plug & Test® technology, ensuring true interchangeability with Mark-10 indicators while maintaining calibration data within the sensor.

A NIST-traceable calibration certificate with 10 test points is included.
