Model M7i Professional Digital Force / Torque Indicator

High-Speed 500 Hz Data Output Rate

The M7i Professional Digital Force and Torque Indicator is designed to operate with a wide range of Mark-10 remote force and torque sensors. Thanks to exclusive Plug & Test® technology, all calibration and configuration data are stored within the sensor's smart connector—not in the indicator itself—allowing true sensor interchangeability. In addition, all sensors are fully compatible with other Mark-10 indicators.

The M7i features an exceptionally fast 14,000 Hz sampling rate, delivering reliable results even in ultra-high-speed testing applications. In addition to all the capabilities of the M5i indicator, the M7i offers continuous high-speed data capture and storage, with memory for up to 5,000 readings at acquisition rates of up to 14,000 Hz.

The M7i also includes programmable footswitch sequences, break detection, and first- and second-peak detection functions. Coefficient of friction measurement units and a customizable user-defined unit provide added flexibility for specialized applications.

To enhance productivity, the indicator can automatically output data, store results, and auto-zero upon completion of break tests, averaging functions, external trigger events, or peak detection operations.

The M7i integrates with Mark-10 motorized test stands, enabling advanced functions such as break testing, dynamic load holding, PC control, and other automated testing capabilities.

MESUR® Lite data acquisition software is included. MESUR® Lite tabulates continuous or single-point data.

Data stored in the indicator's memory can be downloaded individually or in bulk, and one-click export to Excel simplifies additional data analysis and processing.
