Series TT03 Digital Torque Gauges
MHigh-Precision Bidirectional Torque Measurement with
Capacities from 10 to 100 ozFin and up to 1,150 N·cm
The TT03 Series Digital Torque Testers are designed for clockwise and counterclockwise torque testing applications across virtually all industries, with capacities ranging from 10 to 100 ozFin and up to 1,150 N·cm.
A dedicated remote torsion torque sensor with a Jacobs chuck can be used to securely hold a sample, bit, or accessory.
The indicators can be used either as handheld units or mounted to a test stand for more sophisticated testing requirements.
The TT03 Series features a 2,000 Hz sampling rate, providing highly accurate results across a wide range of testing conditions.
A large backlit graphic LCD displays clear, easy-to-read characters, while the intuitive menu navigation allows quick access to the indicator’s numerous functions and configurable parameters.
USB output is provided for continuous or single-point data collection. Programmable set-point indicators support pass/fail testing applications. The indicators are protected against overloads up to 150% of capacity, and an analog load bar is displayed on-screen for graphical representation of the applied torque.
The indicators include MESUR™ Lite data acquisition software.
MESUR™ Lite tabulates single-point data, and a one-click export to Excel allows for additional data analysis and manipulation.
