Series TT01 Cap Torque Testers
Application and Removal Torque Measurement up to 100 lbFin with Ultra-Fast 7,000 Hz Sampling

The TT01 Bottle Cap Torque Tester Series is designed to measure both application and removal torque of bottle caps up to 100 lbFin [11.5 Nm].
Adjustable posts securely accommodate a wide variety of container shapes and sizes, while adjustable flat jaws are available for unique container profiles. Its rugged aluminum construction and simple, intuitive operation make it suitable for both laboratory and production environments.
Class-leading accuracy of ±0.3% and an exceptionally fast 7,000 Hz sampling rate ensure reliable and consistent results, even in high-speed testing applications.
Password protection is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to settings and calibration parameters.
The TT01 includes a variety of advanced productivity-enhancing features, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and auto-zero after cap removal, memory storage for up to 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators, and more.
Peak torque detection is particularly useful for measuring slip torque and bridge-break torque in tamper-evident closures.
The TT01 Series includes MESUR™ Lite data acquisition software. MESUR™ Lite tabulates continuous or single-point data.
Data stored in the TT01 memory can also be downloaded in bulk, and a one-click export to Excel allows for additional data analysis and processing.
