Series 5 Advanced Digital Force Gauges
7,000 Hz Sampling Rate with High-Speed Data Output up to 500 Hz (1,000 Readings).

The Series 5 Advanced Digital Force Gauges are designed for tension and compression force testing in a wide range of applications across virtually every industry, with capacities ranging from 0.12 lbF to 2,000 lbF (0.5 N to 10 kN).
The gauges feature an industry-leading 7,000 Hz sampling rate, producing accurate results even in high-speed test applications. Accuracy is ±0.1% of full scale, and resolution is 1/5000. A large backlit graphic LCD displays clear, easy-to-read characters, while the intuitive menu navigation provides quick access to the gauge's many features and configurable parameters. Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs.
Integrated data memory stores up to 1,000 readings, along with statistical calculations and PC output capabilities. Built-in set points with indicators are ideal for pass/fail testing and for triggering external devices such as alarms, relays, or test stands. The gauges are protected against overload up to 200% of capacity, and an analog load bar is displayed on-screen for graphical representation of the applied force.
The Series 5 averaging mode addresses the need to record average force over time, making it particularly useful for applications such as peel testing, while the external trigger mode enables simple and precise switch activation. An ergonomic, reversible aluminum housing allows for handheld use or mounting to a test stand for more advanced testing requirements.
The Series 5 Force Gauges are fully compatible with Mark-10 test stands, grips, and software.
The gauges include MESUR Lite® Data Acquisition Software. MESUR Lite® captures continuous or single-point data, and one-click export to Excel allows for easy data analysis and manipulation.
