Series 4 Advanced Digital Force Gauges

3,000 Hz Sampling Rate (50 Readings).

The Series 4 Performance Digital Force Gauges are designed for tension, pull, and compression force testing in numerous applications across virtually every industry, with capacities ranging from 0.12 lbF to 500 lbF (0.5 N to 2,500 N).

The gauges feature a 3,000 Hz sampling rate, providing accurate results under a wide variety of testing conditions. Accuracy is ±0.2% of full scale, and resolution is 1/2000.

A large backlit graphic LCD displays clear, easy-to-read characters, while the intuitive menu navigation provides quick access to the gauge's many features and configurable parameters. Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collection device via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs.

Integrated data memory stores up to 50 readings, along with statistical calculations and PC output capabilities. Built-in set points with indicators are ideal for pass/fail testing and for activating external devices such as alarms, relays, or test stands. The gauges are protected against overload up to 200% of capacity, and an analog load bar is displayed on-screen to provide a graphical representation of the applied force.

An ergonomic, reversible aluminum housing allows for handheld operation or mounting to a test stand for more advanced testing requirements.

The Series 4 Digital Force Gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands, grips, and software.

The gauges include MESUR Lite® Data Acquisition Software. MESUR Lite® captures continuous or single-point data, and one-click export to Excel enables further data analysis and manipulation.
