MORA Profi, layout coordinate measuring machine. Profi is a high-precision CNC measuring and layout machine, ideal for automated dimensional inspection, mold and tool manufacturing, with optional manual operation.

 

The MORA Profi is a professional measuring instrument designed for highly precise universal measuring tasks.

Profi is a CNC measuring and layout machine that combines the precision of the Assistent model with a high-performance automated control system.

 

Its modular design and precision roller-bearing guideways ensure smooth and accurate movements, while its high-resolution scale system provides reliable measurements on all axes.
It is equipped with a high-precision direct drive system and a powerful controller, making it a high-performance machine for metrology and automated layout tasks.

In addition, the motors can be disengaged to allow manual operation when required.

 

Whether side-mounted on the measuring plate or operating on the measuring beam as the machine base, the Profi system can be configured with different X-axis guide systems to suit your application requirements.

 

The precision-guided roller bearing systems provide accurate movement on all axes. Highly precise measurement results and repeatable measuring cycles are consistently achieved through innovative drive technology and CNC systems combined with INCA 3D software evaluation.

 

Thanks to its robustness and stability, the Profi can be installed directly in workshops or production environments, making it ideal for design, automotive industry applications, tool manufacturing, molds, and precision gauges.
