The MORA MµTOS is a high-end single-column CNC measuring and layout machine for industrial metrology, specially developed for large measuring volumes while delivering maximum precision and performance.

Its robust design and precision roller-bearing guide system, combined with high-resolution scales and a powerful drive system, guarantee exceptional accuracy even across very large measuring ranges.

Thanks to its powerful drive technology, the MµTOS delivers both maximum performance and highly precise measurement results. In combination with large workpieces, optimal accessibility is achieved through floor-level installation with walkable covers for vehicle or cart access.

It is available with two guide widths depending on the Z-axis height, ensuring consistent accuracy along the Y-axis. In addition, its floor-level installation with walkable covers provides convenient access to large or heavy components.

Thanks to its fully enclosed guideways, the MµTOS can be used directly in production environments, making it ideal for design, automotive industry applications, mold manufacturing, tooling, and precision tool production.

 

The measuring machines can also be delivered in a duplex version to increase the measurable volume. The fully enclosed guideways allow seamless use directly in production environments.
