ITA Series Impact Testers

Charpy Impact Pendulums-  Analog Izod

.

🧩 Description

The ITA Series Impact Testers from Physical Test Solutions are designed to perform controlled drop impact testing on a wide range of materials, from plastics to metallic components.

This system is an analog impact tester that uses an indicator dial to measure impact energy. The analog method is the oldest form of measurement and is also the most cost-effective solution. The ITA is available in capacities of 300J, 500J, and 800J.

These machines stand out for their structural rigidity, repeatability, and precision, complying with international standards such as ASTM, ISO, EN, and DIN.

The ITA models allow the evaluation of impact resistance, toughness, and energy absorption under controlled conditions, using adjustable drop masses and heights.

Thanks to its state-of-the-art electronic control system, users can easily and accurately configure parameters such as speed, energy, and sample type.
