The Mark-10 EK5 Series Ergonomics Kit is designed for advanced workplace task analysis and ergonomic studies with high precision. It is an ideal solution for workstation design, human strength evaluation, and push/pull force analysis, providing a comprehensive and reliable tool for ergonomics, engineering, and industrial safety professionals. The kit is available in capacities of 100, 200, and 500 lbF.

 

These kits incorporate a Series 5 Digital Force Gauge with ±0.1% accuracy, multiple data outputs (USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog), and internal memory for up to 1,000 readings, enabling statistical calculations, force averaging, and peak force capture in push and pull applications. In addition, the gauge measures in multiple units (lbF, ozF, kgF, N, and kN) and can operate using either battery power or an AC adapter.

 

The system is complemented by single and dual non-slip handles, flat, curved, and square padded attachments, a Clevis Grip coupling for enhanced safety in tensile testing, and a flat attachment for compression testing. The kit includes MESUR® Lite software, a padded carrying case, and a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, ensuring reliable and professional results in both industrial and research environments.
