The Kreon Zephyr III is designed to meet increasing productivity needs, due to its 150mm laser line, the Zephyr III is the fastest scanner for the most challenging parts.

 

The high technological level of the Zephyr III 3D scanner allows you to perform demanding operations such as GD&T analysis or color mapping, with complete confidence.

 

With a high acquisition frequency (300hz), a 150mm wide line and full integration with automated processes, Zephyr III offers an extraordinary level of productivity.

 

The Zephyr III easily scans the most complex parts in record time.

 

Its blue laser line allows you to scan black and shiny surfaces that are considered difficult and scans the largest parts in record time. Ideal for a total inspection of the surface: deformation, mounting, wear, and so on.

Zenith software

 

Fully automated integration into CMM: 

  • A unique software to drive the CMM, the scanner and to process data.
  • Possibility to automatically calibrate the scanner positions on the indexing head.
  • Use a probe attached directly below the scanner or switch between the scanner and probes using an auto-change rack, using the auto-change button.
  • Use the PH10 motorized indexing heads (T, M and MQ) with the Kreon scanner to monitor all sides of the part.

 

El ZEPHYR III 150 comes standard with ZENITH software.
